Orange Gose
What the brewery say
A citrus-forward gose brewed with Oranges, Coriander, Himalayan rock salt, and our house culture of lactobacillus.
Taste: Refreshing citrus sour notes come through mixed with hints of fresh rye fields, and balanced out by a sweet, jammy orange juiciness. Even more floral zest shines through as the glass warms.

Where we drank it
A warm Saturday evening at home in Zürich is the perfect time for a refreshing sour beer. Põhjala’s Orange Gose pours a clear golden yellow/orange colour and forms a small, fizzy white head that does not persist for long. The drink has a slightly sweet and very fruity nose, and an orange taste with a light salty after taste. A refreshing drink that is not too sour.
