Brauerei Schützengarten
What they say
Behind the St. Gallen monastery walls, the monks brewed beer in the Middle Ages, laying the foundation for the oldest brewery in Switzerland. There are no less than three breweries on the monastery plan of 825. Schützengarten consistently continues this tradition. The company has remained independent with its rich history until today.
