BE Biera Engiadinaisa® Tschlin Ambra
What the brewery say
The Romansh word for amber (Ambra) gives this special beer its name due to the typical color. Tschlin Ambra is made from untreated Tschliner mountain spring water, organically grown Graubünden malting barley from Gran Alpin, organically grown Swiss hops and superior fermented yeast.

Where we drank it
A clear sunny day in early June and a circular hike to the waterfalls at the Lag da Pigniu in Canton Graubünden. What better to accompany a lunch of cold meats, Gruyère cheese and Tessinerbrot at the edge of the lake than a cool refreshing glass of Tschlin Ambra from local micro-brewery Bieraria Tschlin.
