Kirsche Kaiser
What the brewery say
A hazy yellow Berliner Weisse with aromas of red fruit and cherry pie. Sour cherry dominates the palate, with subtle Bakewell tart notes. All resting on a malted chocolate biscuit base. Wheat helps to round out the flavours and a sweet-sour finish lingers at the palace gate.

Our opinion
A pale yellow beer with a small, quickly dispersing white head. The initial aroma is of cherry. The flavour is mild sour, with a predominance of cherry. Not the best Berliner Weisse I have drunk.
Where we drank it
The second beer of my weekend in London completing the Brewdog Big Smoke Beer Visa challenge, I drank Brewdog’s Kirsche Kaiser at Brewdog Seven Dials.
