All Roads (Lead North)
What the brewery say
Drop the compass in the dust and hit the highway; the direction will take care of itself. Our friends at North Brewing Co. headed to Ellon to create this deep, complex milk stout with aromas of warming spice from the Tonka beans, toasted oak and vanilla. Like all roadtrips, this one is also powered by coffee and it leaves a beer as dark and true as the blacktop stretching out ahead.

Our opinion
A dark beer with a long lasting tan head. The initial aroma is of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Sweet tasking, this heavy beer has flavours of Tonka beans, chocolate, coffee and spices. Surprisingly easy drinking for a fairly heavy stout.
Where we drank it
The first beer of my weekend in London completing the Brewdog Big Smoke Beer Visa challenge, I drank Brewdog and North Brewing Co.’s All Roads (Lead North) at Brewdog Soho.
