The brewery Rosengarten in Einsiedeln, Schwyz has existed since sometime prior to 1882 and has been associated with the Gmür family since Alois Gmür came to Einsiedeln in 1953 as a brewer. The third generation of Gmür is now involved in this local family run brewery.
Rosengarten produce a range of beers, including Dinkels, organic Alpine beers, Bocks and specialty beers such as äs Gäächs, made from wild hay from the steep slopes of the Heubrig.
