Dark forces are at work in this devilishly good Praline Porter. Toffee and chocolate unite and come a-knocking. Open up to layers of smooth roasty character, with notes of vanilla, mellow coffee and a subtle nuttiness. And a bitter sweet cliffhanger finale.

Our opinion

Black in appearance with a medium beige head. The aroma is rich and dark chocolate, with a hint of vanilla. The taste is similar, with a mix of dark chocolate and vanilla.

Where we drank it

The first beer of the second day of my weekend in London completing the Brewdog Big Smoke Beer Visa challenge, I drank Brewdog’s Zombie Cake at Brewdog Outpost Tower Hill.
