Berliner Weisse
What the brewery say
Our Berliner Weisse you drink cold and pure – with no syrup, of course! This refreshing sour beer is the perfect companion on a warm summer’s day. Already Napoleon appreciated this beer and called it “Champagne du Nord”. For real Berliners!

Our opinion
Pours golden with a light haze and no head. The aroma is full of light fruit and subtle flower hints. To the taste, it has the sourness that you would expect from the style. A refreshing beer for a warm summer day.
Where we drank it
I drank the Berliner Weisse from BRŁO during my trip to Berlin, as part of the tasting menu at the BRŁO Brwhouse in Berlin, accompanied by green apple cream, Boskoop apple and apple chips.
