Where we drank it

A hot sunny day in early July and a circular hike around Giswilerstock in Canton Obwalden. With the current high temperatures, a light sour beer like Siren’s Calypso was ideal to accompany a lunch of cold meats, cheese and salad. The bottle I had was from batch G1047 and had a wonderful citrus taste to it.  Definitely one for the warm weather.
