German IPA
What the brewery say
German IPA stands for our unfiltered India Pale Ale, which is brewed exclusively with local hop varieties. Heavily chilled, neatly whipped and decently bitter – that’s what the master brewer likes.

Our opinion
Pours amber with a foamy head and has an aroma of malt, overripe fruit, hops. The taste starts malty: caramel, candy sugar and roasted almonds and has the hops that you would expect from an IPA
Where we drank it
I drank the German IPA from BRŁO during my trip to Berlin, as part of the tasting menu at the BRŁO Brwhouse in Berlin, accompanied by miso-cream, fermented cabbage and caraway.
