Pale Ale from BRŁO

Pale Ale from BRŁO

Pale Ale

What the brewery say

Our unfiltered pale ale impresses with its intense fruitiness and complex flavors. It tastes of grapefruit, mango, pineapple and passion fruit by using selected hops from the American Northwest. The cider varieties Cascade, Citra and Centennial also ensure a pleasantly bitter finish and make sure that you still want to drink a second of this beer.

Geeky details

ABV: 6%
IBU: 35
Style: Pale Ale
Ingredients: Brewing water, malt (Pilsen malt, Munich malt, wheat malt, caramalt), hops (Cascade, Centennial, Citra, sapphire, Willamette), yeast (London Ale).

Our opinion

Pours a hazy amber with a frothy head. The aroma is of ripe fruit, malt and hops. The taste is pale malts, caramel malts, grass, hops resin and light citrus.

Where we drank it

I drank the Pale Ale from BRŁO during my trip to Berlin, as part of the tasting menu at the BRŁO Brwhouse in Berlin, accompanied by roasted chicory with lettuce cream.
