Getting There
As indicated above, you can start anywhere on this circular walk. For ease of access, I have given directions below based on starting at Gonzern if you are arriving by car and at Heiden if you are using public transport.
By Car: There is a public car park at Gonzern, where the trail leaves the road. You can navigate to it by putting the coordinates 47.411132, 9.541431 into your SatNav. From Zürich, it will take about an hour and half.
By public transport: If you are travelling by public transport then it would be best to start your hike in Heiden as indicated on the Wanderland website. From Zürich it takes about 2 hours to get to Heiden, by train to St. Gallen and then bus to Heiden.
