Brewdog Big Smoke Beer Visa challenge

Brewdog Clerkenwell

Brewdog ClerkenwellLocated on the Clerkenwell Road, Brewdog Clerkenwell is one of the smaller Brewdog bars, but still offers a full tap list of Brewdog and other beers.

Perennial Punnet from OverworksThe beer of choice at Clerkenwell is Perennial Punnet from Overworks, a 6.0% Scottish Sour Ale with a ruby hue, which has been fermented in mixed Scottish berries and aged in a red wine foeder. Filled with fresh berry jamminess, and tartness this is a refreshing beer as we progress through today’s journey.

Leaving Brewdog Clerkenwell, we head back west to Brewdog Paddington. It’s a short walk to Farringdon Station and then the Hammersmith and City line to Edgeware Road and another short walk to the bar.

Brewdog Paddington

Brewdog PaddingtonLocated at the end of the Paddington Basin, Brewdog Paddington has a relaxed atmosphere with a great outside space. A brilliant place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a great beer or three.

Brewdog vs. Bearded Iris - MultitrackThe Brewdog Paddington taplist doesn’t appear on the website, so I had no chance to plan my drink here. Not wanting to pick something that I had already decided to have at another bar, I went for another collaboration, this time with Bearded Iris Brewing from Nashville, Tennessee. Multitrack is an 8.5% New England IPA, with the characteristic haziness, it is full of the citrus taste of the stone fruits.

Leaving Brewdog Paddington, it’s back to Edgeware Road tube station and further west to Goldhawk Road and a short walk to Brewdog Shepherd’s Bush.
