Brewdog Dalston
Brewdog Dalston is the northernmost of Brewdog’s London bars and another one of the smaller bars, but it still manages to offer 20+ taps of Brewdog and guest beers. My choice at Dalston was Melancholy Selfie, a 10% chocolate orange stout.
From Brewdog Dalston, we head south again on the overground to Shoreditch High Street and Brewdog Shoreditch.
Brewdog Shoreditch
3:30 on a bank holiday Sunday afternoon is hardly the time that you would expect a bar to be busy, but Brewdog Shoreditch was the busiest of all the bars that I have been to this weekend. It was also the first one that left me struggling to pick a beer that I hadn’t already had as my original choice of Thorn Blossom was no longer available.
In the end, I went for a bottle of Funk X Punk from Brewdog Overworks, a 5.5% Brett fermented IPA that has been aged in fiant foeders and dry hopped to oblivion.
From Brewdog Shoreditch, it is off to the final bar of the challenge, Brewdog Angel. A short walk to the bus stop and bus 205 to Angel Islington and then another short walk to Brewdog Angel.
